We are happy to host intimate micro events (20 guest max). No Parties.

No Glitter. No open flame. No pets (unless approved). No Paint.

No smoking or drugs are permitted.

Be courteous of those using the studio before and after you.

We do not offer tours due to limited availability.

We do not offer refunds. Cancellations are to be made 72 hours prior to scheduled session. We are happy to work with you on rescheduling, however, if it is within the 72 hour time frame you will need to rebook.

Guests can move furniture around. Please be gentle on the painted floors and return all furniture/equipment to its original location.

DO YOU HAVE AN ELEVATOR?
The studio is located on the 2nd floor. There is not an elevator but the stairwell is at the front door.
WHEN DOES THE STUDIO GET THE BEST LIGHT?
The studio faces the East which means we get direct sunlight through our windows 90% of the day.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Yes, children are allowed. We only ask that they please be mindful of our neighbors during working hours.
HOW EARLY CAN I ARRIVE?
Unfortunately, early entry into the studio is not allowed. We ask that you grant yourself extra time within the session hours you have reserved - this includes arrival, setup, breakdown, and departure.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
We have a large parking lot around the back of the building. If the lot is full, there is street parking on Columbine Place.
WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
Cancelations within 12 hours of reserved session are subject to a $50 fee. We understand that things may come up unexpectedly so if you choose to reschedule we are happy to work you.
IS THERE A RESTROOM?
Yes! There is a restroom in the studio and can also be used as a dressing room if needed.
Terms & Conditions
A Dose of Libra Studios (Owner) agrees to rent the premises to Renter for any future agreed upon reservation date and beginning/end times booked and paid for in advance.
Both parties agree to keep, perform, and fulfill the promises, conditions, and agreements expressed below:
Scheduling - Any scheduling changes must be requested no later than 72 hours before your scheduled reservation. Otherwise, you will need to book a new reservation.
Property - Renter agrees to maintain the premises, furniture and all equipment within the premises in as good a condition as they were at the beginning of the term. They agree to dispose of all trash in the provided trash cans and clean up any messes that occur during their rental period. If the studio is not left in good condition (i.e. trash thrown away, props placed back in original locations, and messes cleaned up) and/or the Renter is late leaving the premises, they will be charged a $100.00 fee.
Renter agrees that A Dose of Libra Studios may conduct video surveillance of any portion of its premises at any time, the only exception being private areas of restrooms and dressing rooms, and that video cameras will be positioned in appropriate places within and around the building and used in order to help promote the safety and security of people and property.
Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests while Renter is in control of the premises and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s use of the premises.
Liability - This agreement releases Owner from all liability relating to physical injuries and/or injury to Renter’s equipment that may occur during any future rental period agreed upon between Owner and Renter. Renter agrees to hold Owner entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
Any disputes arising under this contract shall be adjudicated in the Owner’s local jurisdiction.
